Who's who in GTA 6

GTA 6 is built around a couple: Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval. Rockstar describes it as a story about two people who get pulled into the criminal underworld of Leonida — and have to rely on each other to get out.

Lucia Caminos

Lucia is the first character we ever saw in GTA 6 — she opens Trailer 1 in a prison jumpsuit. Rockstar’s profile says she learned to fight early, ended up in the Leonida Penitentiary, and came out wanting a better life for herself and her mother. She’s the series’ first female lead in the modern era.

Jason Duval

Jason grew up around grifters and crooks, tried the army, and ended up in the Leonida Keys doing jobs for local drug runners. He’s looking for an easy life — and meeting Lucia might be the worst or best thing for that.

Rockstar has introduced several other characters on its official site:

What to expect from the story

Both trailers point to a Bonnie-and-Clyde style crime story: robberies, a relationship under pressure, and a Leonida obsessed with going viral. How long it is, how many endings it has, and how character switching works are all still unknown.
