Quick answers
Does super jump work during missions?
In free roam, yes. Some story missions block cheats, so it may not activate there.
Do cheats disable trophies and achievements?
Yes. While a cheat is active, trophies and achievements are switched off for that session. Load a save without cheats to earn them again. Saving after using cheats is fine.
Do these cheats work in GTA Online?
No. Cheat codes only work in GTA 5 story mode. Trying to use them online does nothing.
